This is the first time encountering this company and I must say I applaud them for the initiative to hire in LATAM countries. They have multiple open roles available, and the YouTube video (5 Companies hiring in LATAM) explains how to find a LATAM job on the website. Their application process takes about 10 minutes, their requirements depend on the specific job you're applying for but it's usually 1-2 years working experience. They pay around $800-$1,500 USD depending on the role for example: Sales Development Representative or you can see the job listing below. ALSO: Some positions will have "Bogota, Bogota, Columbia" this is JUST the time zone that they are working with and not necessarily the country, so go ahead and apply.
